About
Tecstone's closeout channel
Granite Grab exists so real stone stops sitting in the building. It is a wholesale and trade channel only — Tecstone does not sell direct to families.
Where this material comes from
Production overruns, discontinued colors, short lots left after a large job, pieces with cosmetic edge or corner damage, and pallets that no longer match a current program. None of it is second-rate granite — it is inventory that no longer fits a standard order, so it moves at closeout pricing instead of list.
Who buys here
Monument dealers, cemeteries and funeral homes, plus fabricators and builders who can work with what is physically on hand. Every account is reviewed by Tecstone before freight quoting and invoicing, which is why registration asks for your business details and resale or tax ID.
Why every listing is one of a kind
Each listing is a single physical piece or one specific pallet lot, with its own dimensions, condition note and photo where one has been approved. Nothing is restocked. Once a buyer claims a piece it leaves the storefront, so availability and pricing shift constantly and are confirmed by Tecstone at order review.
