Terms of closeout sale
The rules that apply to every order placed through Granite Grab. Tecstone confirms material, freight and payment before any order is released.
Shipping only. Granite Grab orders ship by freight. Warehouse pickup is not available.
Non-returnable. Granite Grab closeout inventory is sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Submitting an order reserves the selected physical inventory and sends it to Tecstone for review and finalization. Freight and other commercial details remain subject to Tecstone confirmation.
01 Submitting an order is a request, not a purchase
Submitting places the stone on reserve under your trade account and starts Tecstone's review. Nothing is charged in the app, and no sale is final until a Tecstone rep confirms the order with you.
02 Prices shown are stone only
Every price on the storefront covers material. Freight, crating, liftgate service, taxes and any special handling are quoted separately by Tecstone based on your destination and site conditions.
03 Material is sold as-is and is non-returnable
Closeout stone may carry cosmetic edge or corner damage, color variation, or dimensions that differ slightly from the listing. Inspect on delivery. Closeout purchases are not returnable or exchangeable.
04 Reservations expire
A submitted order holds its stone for the current review window. If it is still unconfirmed when that window closes, the stone returns to the storefront automatically. You may withdraw a submitted order yourself at any time before confirmation.
05 First submitted, first served
Each listing is a single physical piece or one pallet lot. When two buyers want the same stone, the first submitted order holds it. Availability shown on the storefront reflects unreserved stock only.
06 Full pallets ship complete
Pallet lots are sold as a whole lot at the lot price. Individual pieces from a pallet may be listed separately at individual pricing; the pallet price is not a per-piece price.
07 Shipping only
Orders placed through Granite Grab ship by freight. There is no warehouse pickup through this application — a Tecstone rep arranges delivery with you.
08 Wholesale and trade customers only
Accounts are for monument dealers, cemeteries, funeral homes, fabricators and builders. Tecstone verifies business details and resale or tax IDs before freight quoting and invoicing, and does not sell direct to families.
09 Orders and paperwork
Printed order sheets from this application are records of a submitted order, not invoices. Tecstone's sales order and invoice are the controlling documents for any transaction.
