How it works

Four steps from browsing to shipping

Granite Grab is a reservation and quoting tool, not a checkout. No card is ever charged in the app — freight and payment stay with your Tecstone rep.

  1. 01

Browse what is actually on the floor

Every listing is a real, one-of-a-kind closeout piece or a full pallet lot. When a piece is claimed it leaves the storefront, so what you see is what is still in the building.

  2. 02

Build an order and submit it

Add pieces or full pallets to your order cart and submit. Submitting is not a purchase — it reserves the stone under your trade account so nobody else can claim it while Tecstone reviews.

  3. 03

    Tecstone reviews and quotes freight

A Tecstone rep confirms the material, works out freight to your ZIP and handles payment terms directly with you. Pricing on the storefront is stone only.

  4. 04

    Ship it

Once you and Tecstone agree on freight and payment, the order is confirmed and released for shipping. Closeout material is sold as-is and non-returnable.

What "reserved" means

A submitted order holds its stone for a set review window. If the order is still unconfirmed when that window closes, the stone goes back on the storefront automatically so it does not sit idle. You can see the countdown on every submitted order in your account, and you can withdraw an order yourself at any time before it is confirmed.

Shipping only. Granite Grab orders ship by freight. Warehouse pickup is not available.

Non-returnable. Granite Grab closeout inventory is sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
